Story of the Founders!
The Bomb Burger, inspired by the Jucy Lucy, was a sought out a burger recipe never before seen in Los Angeles. It was simple, yet delicious. One of the founders Nick, made them at parties and gatherings and it was a hit. He, then decided it was ready for a debut to the public. With his brother Alex, they honed the recipe and the art of making the perfect burger, and thus, Bomb Burger was born.
Nick and Alex, two brothers that were born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, are the owners and founders of Bomb Burger. Nick was in the restaurant industry for several years, working his way from the ground up. He was extremely passionate about his favorite food and decided to share his love with the people. Alex has been in the customer service industry his whole life. He was working as a barista, when he and Nick had the idea for creating the new business. He supported his brother and helped him build the business from a street pop-up to what it is today. Like Nick, Alex is very passionate about food and making people happy. Together, the brothers decided they were tired of seeing bad quality, processed foods all around, and wanted to bring something new to the table. Thus, Bomb Burger was born!
